“We will discuss emergency medication access, including, but not limited to, the federal Strategic National Stockpile as well as locally stockpiles medications. Additionally, we will discuss the role the Nebraska Poison Center has within emergency medication access and how to access needed medications during individual patient or large community needs.

Objectives: Analyze the need for emergency drug access. Compare the differences between locally/federally avalable emergency drugs and locally available drugs. Describe how to acces locally stocked emergency drugs.
