AHLS Provider Course Oct. 29th and 30th
MCFD will be hosting an Advanced Hazmat Life Support (AHLS) provider course October 29th and 30th at the Mason City Fire Department. This training will be a deep dive into medical care of those affected by CBRNE events. Attached is the syllabus for the course as well as the course information sheet. Please feel free to distribute to colleagues and other services or departments. This is a great class for all levels of medical care as well as HAZMAT Technicians.
If the provider attending lives/works in IA, KS, MO, or NE all course fees will be covered by the HHS Region 7 grant. If lodging is required that would be on the student or service to cover.
